B1C17-95-PASSENGER ACTIVE HEADREST CONTROL - INCORRECT ASSEMBLY

- When Monitored:
The Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) continuously monitors the Driver and Passenger Head Restraint Solenoid circuits for head restraint messages. The Driver and Passenger Head Restraint communication and on board diagnostics are powered by the ORC signal.

- Set Condition:
The Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) sends a configuration message to the ORC containing the Driver and Passenger configuration status. This DTC will set if the ORC is not configured for Driver and Passenger Head Restraint and receives the Driver and Passenger Restraint communication messages on the Head Restraint Solenoid circuits.
