Exhaust Pressure Differential Sensor: Service and Repair
INSTALLATION
PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL TUBING
1. Install differential pressure tubing, if removed. Tighten fittings to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the differential pressure sensor (3). Tighten nut (2) to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.).
NOTE: Before installing, inspect both pressure hoses and make sure there is not any dip across the hoses. In cases where water is frozen, a dip across the hoses can cause condensation which can set a MIL.
3. Connect the pressure differential pressure sensor hoses (4).
4. Connect the differential pressure sensor harness connector (1).
5. Install the negative battery cable.
