Front Seat Memory Switch - Description

DESCRIPTION





When equipped, the memory seat switch (2) is located on the driver door trim panel (1). The driver seating position can be automatically adjusted for two different driver preference settings using the memory seat switch. The memory switch is a resistor multiplexed unit that is hard wired to the left Front Door Module (FDM). The left FDM in turn sends out the memory system set and recall requests to the other electronic modules over the Controller Area Network (CAN) data bus.
