Front Door: Adjustments

ADJUSTMENTS

1. Align door to achieve equal spacing to surrounding body panels.
2. Panels should be flush across all gaps .
3. If door needs to be adjusted Fore/Aft loosen A-pillar to hinge bolts.
4. If door needs to be adjusted In/Out loosen door to hinge nuts.
5. If in/out alignment can not be achieved, it may be necessary to enlarge (drill) the hinge/door flange holes to 12.5 mm (1/2 inch) maximum.
6. This may allow extra movement to achieve the proper alignment.
7. Remove door and hinge as necessary.
