Liftgate Release Switch - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the handle and light bar unit (1) from the liftgate outer panel. Liftgate Exterior Handle - Removal.
3. Working from the inside of the handle and light bar unit, depress the two latch features (3) of the liftgate lock and unlock switch (2).
4. While holding the latch features depressed, push the switch out through the outside of the switch mounting hole in the handle and light bar unit.
