STANDARD PROCEDURE - USER DATA BACKUP

The mid line ICS with the 8.4 in screen has the option to back up user data. The base model system does not have this option.

Plug in a USB stick into the Universal Customer Interface (UCI) USB port. In "Dealership Menu" then "Copy User Data" this will copy personalization settings to a USB stick. Upon replacing the Telematic Gate Way (TGW) Module return back to the Dealer Menu and select "Restore User Data" to replace the user's personal settings.
