INSTALLATION

WARNING: Improper installation of the headrests may result in reduced protection of the occupants. If, after installation, the headrest can be removed, without simultaneously pressing the buttons on the headrest sleeves, then the head restraint is installed incorrectly. Failure to follow these instructions may result in possible serious or fatal injury.

NOTE: illustration shown with headrest partially removed for clarity.





1. Position the headrest (5) to the seat back (3).
2. Press the release button (2) located on both headrest sleeves (1 and 4) and insert the headrest rods into the headrest sleeves.
3. Slide the headrest fully onto the seat back until the headrest rods are fully engaged to the headrest sleeves. Be sure the retaining clip in each headrest sleeve is fully engaged to each headrest rod.
