Lubricate
    Tie Rod End
      Lubricate outer tie rod ends.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Lubricate front drive shaft fitting (4x4).
Adjust
    Valve Clearance
      Adjust valve lash clearence.
Inspect
    Wheel Bearing
      Inspect the wheel bearings.
    Suspension
      Inspect the front suspension for cracks or leaks and all parts for damage, wear, improper looseness or end play; replace if necessary.
    Fluid - Transfer Case
      Inspect the transfer case fluid.
    Diesel Emissions Fluid Tank
      Check the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank, refill if necessary (Chassis Cab Only).
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      When prompted by the Engine Oil Indicator System, the engine oil filter must be changed. If not propmted by the Engine Oil Indicator System within 7,500 miles or six months since the last oil filter change, replace the engine oil filter.
    Fuel Filter
      Replace fuel filter element.
    Fluid - Differential
      Inspect the front (4x4) and rear axle fluid, replace if using your vehicle for police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing.
    Fluid - A/T
      Replace automatic transmission fluid.
    Engine Oil
      When prompted by the Engine Oil Indicator System, the engine oil must be changed. If not propmted by the Engine Oil Indicator System within 7,500 miles or six months since the last oil change, replace the engine oil.
    Diesel Emissions Fluid Filter
      Change DEF Filter Cartridge (Chassis Cab Only).
    Coolant
      Flush and replace engine coolant at 120 months, if not replaced at 97,500 miles.
Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate tires.
