DESCRIPTION

The BW 44-47 is a manually controlled, part time transfer case.

The low range provides a 2.64:1 reduction ratio.

OPERATING RANGES

BW 44-47 operating ranges are:

- 2HI.
- 4WD Lock.
- Neutral.
- 4WD Low

SHIFT MECHANISM

Operating ranges are selected with a floor mounted shift selector lever. The lever is attached to a shift linkage rod that is attached to the transfer case mounted shift lever.
