INSTALLATION

DOOR ASSEMBLY





1. Place the door assembly into position to the vehicle.

2. Install the four nut fasteners (2) to the hinges (1).

3. Close the load floor door assembly.

HINGE-DOOR ASSEMBLY





1. Install the hinge (2) to the first door panel.

2. Install the mounting fasteners (1).

3. Install the door assembly to the vehicle.

PANEL-FIRST LOAD FLOOR





NOTE:
Raised plastic edges on each door panel are used to align the hinges to each door panel. Divots in each door panel are used to align the mounting fasteners holes in the hinge to the door panel and as a starter for the hinge mounting fastener.

1. Place the first load floor panel into position.

2. Install the panel to panel lock rod (6) as necessary.

3. Line up the hinge (2) into position to the first panel ensuring the hinge is aligned with the raised plastic edges.

4. Install the fasteners securing the hinge to the first panel.

5. Install the hinges (7) to the first load floor panel (1).

6. Install the door assembly to the vehicle.

PANEL - SECOND PANEL





NOTE:
Raised plastic edges on each door panel are used to align the hinges to each door panel. Divots in each door panel are used to align the mounting fasteners holes in the hinge to the door panel and as a starter for the hinge mounting fastener.

1. Place the second load floor panel into position.

2. Install the panel to panel lock (6) as necessary.

3. Line up the hinges (2 and 3) into position to the second panel ensuring the hinges are aligned with the raised plastic edges.

4. Install the fasteners securing the hinges to the second panel.

5. Install the door assembly to the vehicle.

PANEL - THIRD PANEL





NOTE:
Raised plastic edges on each door panel are used to align the hinges to each door panel. Divots in each door panel are used to align the mounting fasteners holes in the hinge to the door panel and as a starter for the hinge mounting fastener.

1. Place the third load floor panel into position.

2. Install the release latch to the third panel and install the fasteners.

3. Install the fasteners to the third panel (2) to flipper door panel (4) hinge (3).

4. Install the fasteners to the second panel (1) to third panel hinge (6).

5. Install the door assembly to the vehicle.

HINGE - PANEL TO PANEL





NOTE:
Raised plastic edges on each door panel are used to align the hinges to each door panel. Divots in each door panel are used to align the mounting fasteners holes in the hinge to the door panel and as a starter for the hinge mounting fastener.

1. If installing the third panel to the flipper door panel hinge (3), place the hinge into position ensuring that the hinge is aligned and install the hinge fasteners to the third load floor panel (2) and flipper door panel (4).





2. Install the panel to panel locking rod (6) as necessary.

3. If installing the second to third panel hinge (3), place the hinge into position ensuring that the hinge is aligned and install the hinge fasteners to the second and third load floor panels (4).

4. If installing the first to second panel hinge (2), place the hinge into position ensuring that the hinge is aligned and install the hinge fasteners to the first (1) and second load floor panels (5).

5. Install the door assembly to the vehicle.

LATCH - DOOR ASSEMBLY





1. Install the door latch to the door assembly.

2. Install the mounting fasteners to the door latch (5).

3. Install the door assembly to the vehicle.

ROD-PANEL TO PANEL LOCKING





1. Install the panel to panel lock rod (6).

2. Install the fasteners to the first panel to second panel hinge (2).

3. Install the door assembly to the vehicle.
