Seat Riser Shield - Removal

REMOVAL

Special Tools:






OUTBOARD





1. Using trim stick (C-4755) or equivalent, separate the shield side pocket (1) from the outboard side shield.





2. Remove the seat recliner shield (1) by pulling upward to disengage the retaining tabs from the lower side shields.





3. Remove the screws (1).





4. Remove the rear screw (1) and remove the riser shield by pushing forward to disengage the retaining tabs from the front of the seat frame.

INBOARD





1. Remove the seat recliner shield (1) by pulling upward to disengage the retaining tabs from the lower side shields.

2. Remove the screws (4).

3. Separate the riser shield (3), release the front retaining tab (2) and remove the shield (3).
