Remote Start Antenna - Removal

REMOVAL





The Remote Start Antenna Module Assembly consists of an electrical connection to the Remote Frequency Hub(1), a length of coax cable (2), two mounting clips (3) and (4), and a control module/antenna (5).

The control module is located behind the rear cab panel. The module electrical connector plugs into the RF Hub which is also located in the rear cab panel.

1. Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable.

2. Flip the left rear seat cushion.

3. Remove the left rear seat rear inboard bolt with seat belt buckle.

4. Remove left rear seat front mounting bolts

5. Remove left rear seat

6. Remove left rear child seat tether.

7. Remove rear left side rear cab trim panel push pins to remove panel

8. Disconnect coax cable electrical connector at the RF hub.

9. Disconnect harness and remove remote module assembly.
