Horn - Removal

REMOVAL






1. Disconnect and isolate the negative cable from the battery.

2. Remove the left front fender wheel house splash shield from the vehicle. Splash Shield - Removal.

3. Locate the horns and mounting bracket (1) on the outboard side of the left front fender load beam (4) above the left front fender wheel house.

4. Disconnect the headlamp and dash wire harness connector for the horns (2) from the horn connector at the back of the rearward horn.

5. Remove the screw (3) that secures the horn mounting bracket to the load beam.

6. Remove the horns and mounting bracket from the load beam as a unit.
