REMOVAL

DOOR ASSEMBLY





1. Open the load floor door assembly.

2. Remove the four nut fasteners (2) from the hinges (1).

3. Remove the door assembly from the vehicle.

HINGE-DOOR ASSEMBLY





1. Remove the door assembly and place on a bench.

2. Remove the mounting fasteners (1).

3. Remove the hinge (2) from the first door panel.

PANEL-FIRST LOAD FLOOR





1. Remove the door assembly and place on a bench.

2. Remove the hinges (7) from the first load floor panel (1).

3. Remove the fasteners from the first panel to second panel hinge (2).

4. Remove the panel to panel lock rod (6) as necessary.

5. Remove the first load floor panel.

PANEL - SECOND PANEL





1. Remove the door assembly and place on a bench.

2. Remove the fasteners from the first panel (1) to second panel hinge (2).

3. Remove the fasteners from the second panel to third panel hinge (3).

4. Remove the second load floor panel.

PANEL - THIRD PANEL





1. Remove the door assembly and place on a bench.

2. Remove the fasteners from the second panel (1) to third panel hinge (6).

3. Remove the fasteners from the third panel (2) to flipper door panel (4) hinge (3).

4. Remove the fasteners from the door assembly release (5) and remove the release latch from the third panel.

5. Remove the third load floor panel.

HINGE - PANEL TO PANEL





1. Remove the door assembly and place on a bench.

2. If replacing the first to second panel hinge (2), remove the hinge fasteners from the first (1) and second load floor panels (5) and remove the hinge.

3. If replacing the second to third panel hinge (3), remove the hinge fasteners from the second and third load floor panels (4) and remove the hinge.

4. Remove the panel to panel locking rod (6) as necessary.





5. If replacing the third to flipper door panel hinge (3), remove the hinge fasteners from the third load floor panel (2) and flipper door panel (4) and remove the hinge.

6. Remove the hinge from the door assembly.

LATCH - DOOR ASSEMBLY





1. Remove the door assembly and place on a bench.

2. Remove the mounting fasteners from the door latch (5).

3. Remove the door latch from the door assembly.

ROD-PANEL TO PANEL LOCKING





1. Remove the door assembly and place on a bench.

2. Remove the fasteners from the first panel to second panel hinge (2).

3. Remove the panel to panel lock rod (6).
