Rear Axle - 226RIA - Drain and Refill

1. Drive the vehicle until the differential lubricant is at the normal operating temperature.
2. Raise vehicle on hoist.
3. Remove differential drain plug.
4. Remove lubricant from the axle assembly completely.
5. Install drain plug and tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
6. Remove fill plug and fill rear axle with 0.12 L (4 oz.) of Mopar Limited Slip Additive and 1.21 L (41 oz.) Mopar Synthetic Gear & Axle Lubricant or equivalent.
7. Install fill plug and tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
