Step 4: + 90°

The bolts must be examined BEFORE reuse. If the threads are necked down the bolts must be replaced

Camshaft Sprocket Bolt-Right Side 102 Nm +1/4 Turn (75 ft. lbs.+1/4 Turn)
Camshaft Sprocket Bolt-Left Side 102 Nm +1/4 Turn (75 ft. lbs. +1/4 Turn)

Standard dimension less than 0.05 mm (0.002 inch)
Service Limit 0.2 mm (0.008 inch.)
Grinding Limit Maximum of 0.2 mm (0.008 inch)





Intake Manifold - Lower 28 Nm (250 inch lbs.)

Intake Manifold - Upper 12 Nm (105 inch lbs.)
Starting in the center working outward in a cross sequence pattern

Exhaust Manifold to Cylinder Head-Bolts 23 Nm (200 inch lbs.)
