B1007-84-EXTERNAL BATTERY VOLTAGE- SIGNAL BELOW ALLOWABLE RANGE

- When Monitored:
When the ignition is cycled on.

- Set Condition:
This is a CAN message that the battery voltage was below a configurable threshold.





CHECK FOR POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM) DTCs

NOTE: Make sure the battery is fully charged before proceeding.

1. Using the scan tool, read the active PCM DTCs.

Are there any battery or charging system DTCs present?

Yes

- Testing and Inspection Perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure.

No

- This code is for information only. At some time there was a low battery system voltage. Check the battery and charging system.
