U0001-88-CAN C BUS OFF

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to the Wiring Information.

- When Monitored:
Ignition on, battery voltage between 9 and 16 volts.

- Set Condition:
A catastrophic failure has been detected on the CAN C bus.





Diagnostic Test
VERIFY THE DTC IS ACTIVE
1. Ignition on, engine not running.
2. With the scan tool, read the DTCs.

Is the DTC Active at this time?

Yes

- Body Control Module (BCM) and perform the appropriate diagnostic procedure.

No

- Stored Lost Communication DTCs and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
