DISASSEMBLY

NOTE: Passenger seat shown. Driver seat similar.





1. Remove the seat bottom cushion and cover from the seat bottom frame Seat Cushion Cover - Removal.
2. Disengage the rear of the seat bottom cover (1) from the seat bottom cushion (2).





3. Remove the hog rings (2) that secure the seat bottom cover (1) to the seat bottom cushion (3) and remove the cover.
4. If necessary, remove and discard the heated seat pad from the seat bottom cushion Heater Pad - Removal.
5. If necessary, remove and discard the Occupant Detection Sensor (ODS) from the passenger side seat bottom cushion Occupant Detection Sensor - Removal.
