Front Door Window Regulator: Description and Operation

DESCRIPTION

POWER WINDOW MOTOR

The power window lift motors use permanent type magnets. The B+ and ground applied at the motor terminal pins will cause the motor to rotate in one direction. Reversing current through the motor terminals will cause the motor to rotate in the opposite direction. The power motors are similar in design as well, and can only be serviced with the window regulators, Front Door Window Regulator - Removal.
