REMOVAL





1. Remove the transmission. Removal and Replacement
2. Disconnect release bearing (1) from release fork and remove the bearing.
3. Inspect release fork and fork pivot bushings. Be sure pivot bushings are in good condition. Ensure that the fork is not distorted or worn. Replace release fork if bent or damaged.
