Front Door Glass - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Position the rear glass run (1) into the door through the lower rear access hole.
2. Install the bottom retaining nut (2) that secures the rear glass run to the door. Tighten the nut to 9 N-m (80 in. lbs.).





3. Install the top retaining nut (1) that secures the rear glass run to the door. Tighten the nut to 9 N-m (80 in. lbs.).





4. Position the front glass run (2) into the door through the speaker cavity
5. Install the retaining nuts (1) that secures the rear glass run to the door. Tighten the nut to 9 N-m (80 in. lbs.).





6. Position the window (1) into the door on an angle.
7. Lower the rear portion of the window (1) slightly.
8. Carefully lower the window (1) into position. Align the clip in the rear of the glass and make sure it engages into the retaining feature in the rear glass run.





9. Lower the window (2) until it fully secures into the regulator retaining tab (1).





10. Install the weather strip (1).





11. Install the inner belt molding (1).
12. Install the weather shield to the door.
13. Install the door trim panel, Front Door Trim Panel - Installation.
14. Reconnect the negative battery cable and cycle the window glass to verify proper operation.
