ACTUATOR CABLE, ADJUST
1. Remove cable retaining clip, then disengage throttle positioner.
2. Set throttle to hot idle position.
3. Pull on actuator cable to take up all slack, then while holding cable in this position, reinstall cable retaining clip.

VACUUM DUMP VALVE, ADJUST
1. Depress brake pedal, then push inward on dump valve until valve collar bottoms against retaining clip.
2. Pull brake pedal rearward to its normal position and allow dump valve to ratchet backwards in retaining clip.
3. With pedal in this position, clearance between black housing on dump valve and white plastic pad on brake pedal should be .050---.100 inch as shown, Fig. 12.
