Column Lower Seal

Removal
1. Remove steering column assembly from vehicle.
2. Remove lower seal from column toe plate.
Installation
1. Position seal onto column toe plate, then insert protrusions of seal into toe plate holes.
2. Pull seal protrusions through toe plate holes until seal is completely seated against toe plate.
3. Install steering column assembly into vehicle.
