ACTUATOR CABLE, ADJUST
1. Remove cable retaining clip, then disengage throttle positioner.
2. Set throttle at hot idle position.
3. Pull actuator cable to remove slack, then install cable retaining clip while maintaining light tension on cable.

VACUUM DUMP VALVE, ADJUST
1. Depress brake pedal firmly and hold in position.
2. Press in vacuum dump valve until valve collar meets retaining clip, Fig. 11.
3. Pull brake pedal firmly rearward to its normal position to allow valve to ratchet backwards in retaining clip.
4. Ensure clearance between dump valve housing and white plastic pad on brake pedal is .050-.100 inch with brake pedal retracted to rear most position.
