LIGHT TRUCK: 1985-89 ECONOLINE


ISSUE: The front door power window may jam in the full "up" position. This may happen if the drive motor runs past the gear teeth on the window regulator quadrant. Without proper gear engagement, the window cannot be lowered.

ACTION: Install a new design regulator that has additional teeth on the quadrant. Refer to the appropriate model year Light Truck Shop Manual, Section 42-08 for removal and installation procedures.
