IDENTIFICATION

Identification Tag:

1. The identification tag, shown in the Identification Tag image, is attached to the intermediate servo lower front cover bolt, includes the model prefix and suffix, transmission model, internal change number, service identification number, and build date.

2. A number after the transmission model suffix, indicates changes to service details which affect interchangeability when the transmission model is not changed. For interpretation of this number, refer to the Ford Master Parts Catalog.
