ISSUE: The idle Setting Procedures for the 4.9L Engine in 1990 Econoline and F-Series Trucks have been revised. Section 4 of the 1990 Engine Emissions Diagnosis Shop Manual must be modified to incorporate the revised procedures and illustrations.
