0.6 Hrs. - Insert in Box "A" on Form 1864
Install Front Caliper Piston Insulators (Includes Inspect Time Above)
0.9 Hrs. - Insert in Box "B" on Form 1864
Install Brake Tube Insulator Jackets on Vehicles Equipped With 7.5L EFI Engines
* 7.5L Built Before 12/1/89
Inspect For Phenolic Pistons and Install Four Brake Tube Insulators
1.1 Hrs - Insert in Box "B" on Form 1864
Install Piston Insulators and Four Brake Tube Insulators (Includes Inspect Time Above)
1.4 Hrs. - Insert in Box "C" on Form 1864
7.5L Built After 12/1/89
Inspect For Phenolic Pistons and Install Two Brake Tube Insulators
0.9 Hrs. - Insert in Box "B" on Form 1864
Install Piston Insulators and Two Brake Tube Insulators (Includes Inspect Time Above)
1.2 Hrs. - Insert in Box "C" on Form 1864
Administrative Allowance 0.1 Hrs.
NOTE:
Add 0.1 hour Administrative Allowance to the total repair time.
