1990 Model-year vehicles will NOT be on OASIS until late 1989.

Advise District Office if:

^ an owner cannot be contacted.
^ an owner does not make a service date.

FPSD Contact

Talk with your FPSD Service Zone Manager about recall concerns.

Reimbursement Form 1864

Submit 1864 claims for all completed vehicles.
