LATCH - FRONT DOOR - PARTS PURGE OF OBSOLETE DOOR LATCH RELEASE CABLE REPAIR KITS


LIGHT TRUCK: 1992 BRONCO, F-150-350 SERIES, F-47, RANGER


ISSUE:
Recall 92S42 resulted in the introduction of new door latch release repair kits (F2TZ-10221B00-A and F2TZ-15221B00-A) for the subject vehicles. These part numbers replace the obsolete parts (F2TZ-10221A00-A and F2TZ-15221A00-A) which should be withdrawn from your inventory and returned to your facing Parts Distribution Center within 30 days of this TSB.

ACTION:
Return the obsolete parts from your dealership's inventory.


^ Return obsolete door latch release repair kits (F2TZ-10221A00-A and F2TZ-15221A00-A) to your facing PDC using the least expensive transportation.
^ Complete a separate FPS-340 claim for these parts.
^ Indicate Reason "J" on the claims.
^ In the Remarks Section write "Return per TSB 92-10-11."


LIMITS

^ The returns must be received within 30 days from the date of this TSB.

^ Returns are restricted to the subject parts.

^ The parts returned must have been purchased from FPSD in accordance with Policy and Procedure Bulletin 4000.

CREDIT

Credit for parts and prepaid freight costs will be issued.
