Parking Brake System: Description and Operation

OPERATION
Each rear brake assembly contains a cable actuated parking brake assembly. A parking brake control assembly is used to apply and hold the rear parking brake assemblies.
To release the parking brakes these vehicles use a push-on push-off type release mechanism. Once the parking brakes are applied, simply push down on the pedal again to release.

NOTE: This control assembly is self-adjusting and requires no adjustments.
