E4OD Vibration with TCC Applied
A vibration (not a shudder) at approximately 60 m.p.h. when the torque converter clutch (TCC) is engaged, may be due to loose rivets inside the torque converter. Loose rivets can not be inspected from the outside of the converter. However, if you rebuild your own torque converters, make sure you check them as they are often overlooked.
