Fuel Pump Drive Cam Replace

1. Remove camshaft drive gear, then the fuel supply pump.
2. Remove fuel pump cam and spacer using suitable puller.
3. Remove thrust plate attaching bolts, then the thrust plate.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
