Rear Outboard Seat Belt

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL REQUIRED
Seat Belt Bolt Bit # 50 Torx, C771-2100-A

REMOVAL






1. Remove seat shoulder strap guide cover. Remove anchor bolt using Seat Belt Bolt Bit # 50 Torx, T771-2100-A.
2. Remove quarter trim panel.
3. Remove anchor bolt from rear safety belt retractor and tongue and lap bolt using a # 50 Torx bit.
4. Remove damaged or distorted rear safety belt.

INSTALLATION
1. For Installation, follow removal procedures in reverse order.
2. Check sealer around floor anchor bolt holes and, if required, add Ford Caulking Cord D6AZ-19560-A (ESB-M4G32-A).
3. Install and tighten anchor bolts to 30-40 Nm (22-30 ft lbs).
