KM16 - Check For VPWR to WAC Relay

- Still in Output State test mode.

- Disconnect harness from Wide Open Throttle A/C Cut-Off (WAC) relay.

- Measure voltage between VPWR circuit at the WAC relay vehicle harness connector and chassis ground.

- Is voltage greater than 10.5 volts?

Yes -- Go to KM17. KM17 - Check For WAC Cycling

No -- Service open in VPWR circuit between Electronic Engine Controls (EEC) power relay and WAC relay. Reconnect all components and remove jumper. Re-evaluate symptom.
