D3 Damaged Antilock Electronic Control Module Ground

- Disconnect the battery ground cable.

- Set the voltmeter on the 200 ohm scale.

- Shake the antilock electronic control module harness while reading the resistance between Pin 4 and chassis ground.

- Is resistance less than 1 ohm and steady?

YES -- Replace antilock electronic control module. Reconnect the battery ground cable. Repeat System Pre-Check

NO -- Repair poor ground in Circuit 530 (BK/W). Reconnect the battery ground cable. Repeat System Pre-Check.
