N2 Check VSS Coil Resistance at Control Module Connector

- Ignition OFF.

- Install 60-pin breakout box and the correct Econoline 4WABS Overlay.

- Measure resistance between Pins 9 and 22.

- Is reading greater than 1400 ohms?

YES -- High resistance detected. Go to N3 to determine fault location.

NO -- Go to N4. N4 Check For Short Circuit to Ground
