N6 Begin Intermittent Diagnosis

- Ignition OFF.

- Install 60-pin breakout box and the correct Econoline 4WABS overlay.

- Measure resistance between pins 9 and 22.

- Is reading greater than 1400 ohms?

YES -- High resistance detected and is the cause of failure. Go to N3 to determine fault location. N3 Determine Location of Resistance Fault

NO -- Go to N7. N7 Test For Intermittent Vehicle Speed Sensor Fault
