Barometric Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. On vehicles equipped with dual batteries, refer to battery.

CAUTION: Always disconnect the battery ground cable prior to working on the electronic engine controls.







2. Disconnect the barometric pressure sensor electrical connector.
3. Remove the Barometric pressure sensor (BARO sensor).

INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.

NOTE: On vehicles equipped with dual batteries, refer to battery for battery reconnect procedure.
