Front Bench Seat

DISASSEMBLY







1. Remove the RH front seat to floor support.
1 Remove the nuts.
2 Remove the RH front seat to floor support.







2. Remove the LH front seat to floor support.
1 Remove the nuts.
2 Remove the LH front seat to floor support.







3. Slide the front seat track forward and remove the front seat track bolts.







4. Slide the front seat track back and remove the front seat track bolts and then the tracks.
5. Remove the front seat track shield.







6. Remove the front seat adjuster from the front seat cushion frame.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat adjuster.

7. If necessary, disassemble the front seat back.

NOTE: The 60% front seat back disassembly is the same as the procedure for the Captain's chair.







8. Remove the front seat center arm rest bracket cover.







9. Remove the front seat center arm rest bracket lower cover.







10. Remove the outboard front seat armrest shield.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the outboard armrest shield.

11. Remove the pivot side inner cover.







12. Remove the front seat center armrest bracket bolt.







13. Remove the front seat center armrest.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest.







14. Remove the front seat center armrest mounting bracket.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest mounting bracket.







15. Remove the front seat center armrest latch.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest latch.







16. Remove the front seat adjuster.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat adjuster.







17. Unfasten the front seat cushion cover retainers.
18. Remove the five front seat cushion cover hog rings and remove the front seat cushion cover.
19. Separate the front seat cushion from the front seat cushion frame.

ASSEMBLY
1. Position the front seat cushion into the front seat cushion frame.
2. Position the front seat cushion cover and install the five hog rings.







3. Fasten the front seat cushion cover retainers.







4. Install the front seat adjuster.
1 Position the front seat adjuster.
2 Install the bolts.







5. Install the front seat center armrest latch.
1 Position the front seat center armrest latch.
2 Install the bolts.







6. Install the front seat center armrest mounting bracket.
1 Position the front seat center armrest mounting bracket.
2 Install the bolts.







7. Install the front seat center armrest.
1 Position the front seat center armrest.
2 Install the bolts.







8. Install the front seat center armrest bracket bolt.
9. Install the pivot side inner cover.







10. Install the outboard front seat armrest shield.
1 Position the armrest shield.
2 Install the screws.







11. Install the front seat center arm rest bracket lower cover.







12. Install the front seat center arm rest bracket cover.
13. If necessary, assemble the front seat back.







14. Install the front seat adjuster onto the front seat cushion frame.
1 Position the front seat adjuster.
2 Install the bolts.

15. Install the front seat track shield.







16. Position the front seat track and install the front seat track bolts.







17. Slide the front seat track forward and install the front seat track bolts.







18. Install the LH front seat to floor support.
1 Position the front seat to floor support.
2 Install the nuts.

NOTE: Inspect the plastic isolators for damage and verify their correct positions. Replace if necessary.







19. Install the RH front seat to floor support.
1 Position the RH front seat to floor support.
2 Install the nuts.

NOTE: Inspect the plastic isolators for damage and verify their correct positions. Replace if necessary.

20. Install the 60% front seat.
