Safety Belt Bolt Bit:

Special Tool(s)


DISASSEMBLY

NOTE: 60% seat shown, 40% similar.







1. Remove the headrest.
^ Insert a pin into the hole to release the rod on both sides.







2. Remove the second row armrest.
^ Remove the four bolts (two each side).







3. Remove the latch control cable from the seat back.
1 Disconnect the cable from the seat back latch.
2 Remove the screw.







4. Remove the flipper panel latch.
^ Pry the latch apart.







5. Remove the flipper panel cover.
1 Unzip the flipper panel cover.
2 Remove the flipper panel cover.







6. Remove the seat cushion support bar.
1 Remove the two bolts.
2 Remove the seat cushion support bar.







7. Remove the seat cushion from the seat back.
1 Remove the four bolts.
2 Remove the seat cushion.







8. Remove the safety belt divider.







9. Remove the seat cover retainers.
^ Remove the hog rings and the seat cover.







10. Remove the safety belt retractor.
1 Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.
2 Remove the safety belt retractor.







11. Remove the seat cushion frame.
12. Remove the seat cover from the seat cushion.







13. Remove the seat riser.
1 Remove the two bolts.
2 Remove the seat riser.


ASSEMBLY

NOTE: 60% seat shown, 40% similar.







1. Install the seat riser.
1 Position the riser.
2 Install the two bolts.

NOTE: Ensure the bushing is installed.

2. Install the seat cushion.







3. Install the seat cushion frame.







4. Install the safety belt retractor.
^ Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to install the bolt.







5. Install the seat cover.
^ Connect the seat cover retainers.
^ Install the hog rings and listing wires.
^ Connect the hook and loop fastener.

NOTE: The seat cover on the Navigator is held in place with J-hooks in lieu of hog rings.







6. Install the safety belt divider.







7. Install the seat cushion frame to seat back frame.
1 Position the seat cushion.
2 Install the four bolts.







8. Install the seat cushion support bar.
1 Position the seat cushion support bar.
2 Install the two bolts.







9. Install the flipper panel cover.







10. Install the flipper panel latch.







11. Install the latch control cable to the seat back.
1 Connect the cable to the seat back.
2 Install the screw.







12. Install the second row armrest.
^ Install the four bolts.







13. Install the headrest.
