OASIS will not be activated until the second owner mailing begins informing owners of lug nut availability.

Vehicle involvement for the interim service action can be determined by using OASIS to confirm the vehicle build date.

PLEASE NOTE:
Before delivery of a new vehicle to a customer, you are required to perform this tightening procedure to all four wheels. Federal law requires that dealers conduct this tightening procedure prior to delivery to a buyer or lessee. Violation of this requirement by a dealer could result in a civil penalty of up to $1'100 per vehicle.
