Lamp Out Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

NOTE: Early production vehicles are equipped with a Lamp Outage Module (LOM). Late production vehicles will not have the LOM.







1. Position the message center aside.
^ Grasp the front of the console, lift upward and position the message center aside.







2. Remove the rear floor console tray.
^ Grasp the console tray, lift upward and disconnect the two electrical connectors.







3. Remove the lamp outage module.
^ Pull the lamp outage module out, remove the screws and remove the module.

NOTE: The lamp outage module is located under the plastic console reinforcement.







4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
