Electrical System

The electrical system that supports the air bag Supplemental Restraint System (SRS):
- is powered directly from the battery.
- can function with the ignition switch in any position, including OFF and LOCK.
- can function when the front seat is unoccupied.
- detects impacts.
- supplies electrical power to the igniters.
- monitors the system to determine system readiness.
