Front 60/40 Bench Seat

DISASSEMBLY






1. Remove the front seat back latch handle knob.







2. Remove the front seat back adjust handle.
1 Remove the screw.
2 Remove the front seat back adjust handle.







3. Remove the front seat track side shield.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the pushpin.
3 Remove the front seat track side shield.







4. Slide the front seat track forward and remove the bolts.







5. Slide the front seat track back and remove the bolts and then the tracks.







6. Remove the front seat back frame.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Pull the front seat back frame away from the inboard front seat hinge and remove the front seat back frame.

NOTE: Do not damage the plastic pivot bushing when removing the front seat back frame.







7. For single locking latch, remove the front seat center arm rest bracket cover.







8. For dual locking latch, remove the front seat center armrest bracket cover.
1 Remove the screw.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest bracket cover.







9. For single locking latch, remove the front seat center arm rest bracket lower cover.







10. For dual locking latch, remove the front seat center armrest bracket lower cover.







11. Remove the outboard front seat armrest shield.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the outboard front seat armrest shield.

12. Remove the pivot side inner cover.







13. Remove the front seat center armrest bracket bolt.







14. For single locking latch, remove the front seat center armrest.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest.







15. For dual locking latch, remove the front seat center armrest.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest.







16. Remove the front seat center armrest mounting bracket.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest mounting bracket.







17. For single locking latch, remove the front seat center armrest latch.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest latch.







18. For dual locking latch, remove the front seat center armrest latch.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat center armrest latch.

ASSEMBLY






1. For dual locking latch, install the front seat center armrest latch.
1 Position the front seat center armrest latch.
2 Install the bolts.







2. For single locking latch, install the front seat center armrest latch.
1 Position the front seat center armrest latch.
2 Install the bolts.







3. Install the front seat center armrest mounting bracket.
1 Position the front seat center armrest mounting bracket.
2 Install the bolts.







4. For dual locking latch, install the front seat center armrest.
1 Position the front seat center armrest.
2 Install the bolts.







5. For single locking latch, install the front seat center armrest.
1 Position the front seat center armrest.
2 Install the bolts.







6. Install the front seat center armrest bracket bolt.
7. Install the pivot side inner cover.







8. Install the outboard front seat armrest shield.
1 Position the outboard front seat armrest shield.
2 Install the screws.







9. For dual locking latch, install the front seat center armrest bracket lower cover.







10. For single locking latch, install the front seat center arm rest bracket lower cover.







11. For dual locking latch, install the front seat center armrest bracket cover.
1 Position the front seat center armrest bracket cover.
2 Install the screw.







12. Install the front seat center arm rest bracket cover.







13. Install the front seat back frame.
1 Position the front seat back frame.
2 Install the bolts.

NOTE: Inspect the seat back pivot bushing and replace it if it is damaged.







14. Install the front seat track shield.
1 Position the front seat track shield.
2 Install the pushpin.
3 Install the screws.







15. Install the front seat back adjust handle.
1 Position the front seat back adjust handle.
2 Install the screw.







16. Install the front seat back latch handle knob.
