Exhaust System: Description and Operation

The Exhaust System:
- is constructed of stainless steel.
- has two 63.5 mm (2.5 in.) pipes with a crossover pipe downstream of the three way catalytic converters (TWC).





- has one stainless steel muffler that exists in front of the RH rear wheel.
- contains dual three way catalytic converters (TWC).
- has two upstream heated oxygen sensors (HO2S) mounted before the TWCs and two catalyst monitor sensors mounted after the TWCs.
