Cylinder Head Bolts

CAUTION: Cylinder head bolts MUST be replaced with new bolts. They are tighten-to-yield designed and cannot be reused.







Tighten the bolts in three stages, in the sequence shown.

- RH is shown, LH is similar

- Stage 1: 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)

- Stage 2: Rotate 90 degrees

- Stage 3: Rotate 90 degrees
