Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the customer concern by attempting to duplicate the condition.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage:
- Leak from air line(s)
- Leak from air spring(s)
- Height sensor damaged or mounted improperly
- Disconnected air line
- Fuse(s)
- Loose or corroded connector(s)
- Air suspension switch is off
- Control Module
- Air compressor relay
- Air compressor motor and vent solenoid
- Left and right air spring solenoids
- Left and right height sensors

3. If the fault is not visually evident, go to Auto Test diagnostics to verify the symptom, then refer to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
