REMOVAL
1. Remove the rear door trim panel.







2. Remove the rear door radio speaker.
1. Remove the screws.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Remove the rear door radio speaker.







3. Carefully peel off the rear door watershield.







4. Position the lower rear door latch outside of the door.
1. Remove the screws.
2. Position the lower rear door latch outside of the door.







5. Remove the lower rear door latch.
1. Disconnect the cable.

INSTALLATION











1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
1. If necessary, use Multi-Purpose Grease Spray F5AZ-19G209-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESR-M1C159-A to lubricate the latches.
